6日目のまとめ！東京ファッションウィーク秋冬2015年 Tokyo Fashion Week AW 2015 Diaries day 6

インパクトのあるデザインのものを着ていると、気分や振る舞いまでも変わってしまうことって、よくある。これは、ファッションにおいて、業界人などの知識のある人たちやファッションが大好きな人たちと、ただ単に生活のために服を着ている人の違いのひとつ。ドレスアップしている人にも同じ現象が起きるよね。ミーシャは、東コレ最終日とても高揚してた。この日、Facetasmの2015ssコレクションのルックを着ていたミーシャは、気分はおもちゃに囲まれたみたいにわくわく。歳なんて気にしない、時には思いのままに楽しんでもいいじゃない！

秋冬2015-16年コレクション 6日目は、ファセッタズム、リトゥンアフターワーズ (リトゥンバイ)、サルバム、ジョンローレンスサリバン、ファクトタムがありました！そんなミーシャの１日に密着！

One thing about fashion that we industry people and fans alike understand, but that people who just want to wear “clothes” don’t, is how a design acts as a direct line to the brain, changing our mood and demeanor as long as its on. Conversely, it can do the same thing to those around the person who dresses up. I was so pumped for the last day of fashion week, I felt like dressing like my own toy- courtesy of Facetasm SS 2015. No matter our age, sometimes we just want to let it all out.

Let’s see Day 6 of Tokyo Fashion Week, with Facetasm, Writtenafterwards (written by…), Sulvam, John Lawrence Sullivan and Factotum!

デザイナーのフジタテッペイさんは今回東京ファッションウィーク初参加。ヨウジヤマモトで培った技術をひっさげて2013年に自身のブランドを立ち上げたということで、業界内でも期待の声が高まっていた。個人的にはニットの”腹巻き”的アイテムが気になった！私にとって、コルセットを思わせて男性の服にしてはセクシーだと思う。

Teppei Fujita showed his first ever show this morning at Tokyo Fashion Week, and it was highly anticipated thanks to his association with the genius that is Yohji Yamamoto where he worked before setting out on his own in 2013. I personally was really into the knits that hung at the chest like a corset– but they were probably more inspired by the “belly warmer” (hara-maki), which is the traditional name for a tube-top worn by old men to keep warm.

リトゥンバイ、リトゥンアフターワーズのデザイナー、山縣さんは、フランスでテロが起きたときにちょうど近くに滞在していたらしい。その時の経験が今回のコレクションのインスピレーションとなったそうだ。地球乗っかるエイリアンやそこへ現れる”スーパーマン”ならぬ”スーパーガール”、子供たちのコーラス、世界平和にフュチャーしたコレクションを発表。

“Written by…” and “writtenafterwards” designer Yoshikazu Yamagata was in Paris, staying very near to where the terrorism happened, which is what inspired this collection about world peace. He presented it somewhat literally (as literal as “world peace” could ever never be) through giant earth costumes topped with a “super girl” and a grey alien (hey, isn’t that stereotyping aliens?) as well as a singing children’s choir. 毎日がランウェイな話をする二人。おしゃれをしてはみ出してるというのは気持ちがいいよな、と。and peopleというレストランにたまたま入って、すごくおしゃれで気持ちよかったな空間！

Just lunching with Mappy between shows. She’s a great show viewing partner—just a few more years of jr high school and she can come with me to more ;)

高性能のマイカメラがちょっと調子が悪く、おまけにモデルたちは足早に歩き去るので上手くキャッチ出来なかったけど…デザイナーのウドウコウジさんは”シープ(羊)ボーイ”たちをプレゼンした。ウール(と思われる)のカジュアルスタイルの提案は、村上春樹の”羊をめぐる冒険”という小説からインスパイアされたもの。エヴァンゲリオンとコラボしたスニーカーをお見逃しなく！

My camera did its best but had some trouble capturing it at the bat outta hell speed it all flashed by. Here, designer Koji Udo created “sheep boys”, a casual style of wool (I`m guessing) inspired by Haruki Murakami’s novel “A Wild Sheep Chase”. Don’t forget those Evangelion sneaker collabs on the feet!

And then the day turned to night…. 最後の夕日、東コレの最後の夜へと変わる…

So then we realized there was a 3-bottle wine cooler in the Benz….

期間中ずっとお世話になったドライバーさんとのさよならは寂しかった！とても良くして頂いた上に運転手さんの地元の和菓子で、とても人気のあるらしい、”白玉”(白あんにホワイトチョコがコーティングされたもの)をおみやげでいただきました。メルセデスベンツさま、最新モデルのC600を手配していただき大変ありがとうございました。毎日快適でパーティのようでした。

So sad to say good bye to my driver for the week who had the best attitude every day- he even brought us “omiyage” souvenir from his hometown, a popular dessert called “shiratama” made with white chocolate and sweet white beans. Thank you to Mercedes Benz for letting is cruise in the new C600. It was a party every day!

21:00 facetasm

テーマは”love”。ということは…始まる前にミーシャはパステルピンクがたくさん出てくる、デザートみたいなランウェイなのかな？と予想してた。でも実際ショーが始まると予想を遥かに超えていた。ピンクはピンクでも、フランボワーズのような鮮やかなピンクがコレクションに添えられ、おいしいだけじゃなく洗練されたワンランク上へと押し上げた。ショーのあと、デザイナーのオチアイヒロミチさんは”すみません、今回はシンプルでクラシックな感じです”と言った。シンプルって言葉はすごく主観的なもの。今回の場合、レイヤードスタイルが得意なファッセタズムにしては。という話！ 多くの人を魅了したファセタズムのディテールをぜひ見て欲しい。

This was triple-S: sick, sweet, slay. The theme was “Love” and before it started I was expecting some pastel pink parade of desserts on the runway, but Facetasm did it even better with a framboise pink merely topping the yummy but sophisticated collection. “Sorry, it was kind of simple, classic this time.” the designer Hiromichi Ochiai apologized after the show. Of course we know “simple” is subjective, and it is only in the realm of layering-happy Facetasm where here they still cascade like bedsheets falling off a queen’s bed. Check out the details:
