ルイヴィトン表参道店のパーティには”カクテル”というドレスコードがあった。でも、東京で”ドレスコード”と言った場合、それはあんまり厳しくなくて、 パーティ用のちょっとしたドレスアップをしてきてちょうだい、という意味の事がほとんど。仕事帰りに寄ったりするから、仕事着にヒール無しの少し実用的な格好になってしまうのも止む負えない。とはいっても、ミーシャはどうしても今回グラマーに着飾りしたかった。それは前シーズンパリコレ期間中、ルイヴィトンのグラマラスな2015ssコレクションを見たからかも。70年代スタイルのルイヴィトンのコレクションはレトロな家電品 (ドライヤー、ビューラー、マニキュア、黒電話など)のプリントを多用していて、キッチュな印象を受けた。グラマー＋キッチュというキーワード、ね！だから、今回もヴィンテージのゴールドラメドレスをクローゼットから引っ張りだして着て、それに自分が持っていろキッチュさの放っているアイテムを合わせた。いや、実物の黒電話を頭にでもつけて行こうと思ったけだな（嘘）笑。

やっぱり自分はいくらストイックにいきたくても、遊び感のあるポイントが欠かせない。神様に定められたことかもw

The Louis Vuitton Omotesando party dress code said “cocktail” but in Tokyo dress codes are merely a plea to show up in passable party clothes. After all, most people are stopping by after work, so they’ve got their comfortable “business” attire on- heels are not required. However, I haven’t had a good reason to go glam actually since Paris Fashion Week last season, when I saw the current Louis Vuitton spring/summer 2015 collection on the runway. The 70s-style collection featured  retro household motifs such as a hairdryer, eyelash curler, OPI-style nailpolish and a rotary phone making up the most kitschy print the house has (probably) ever seen. Taking a hint from that, I pulled a vintage gold lame dress out of the closet and paired it with the most glamorous kitsch of my own. Yeah, check out those shoes and earrings- although they don’t beat the kitchen sink.
