リミフゥ2015春夏コレクション。「いろんな顔をもつ女は良い女」Limi Feu 2015 SS: Wear all the damn hats.
Is it possible for Limi Feu’s clothing to match the inherent coolness of the designer herself? Not sure, but she’s giving them her best shot. For the SS 2015 collection, Limi showed us a more varied palette than perhaps we’ve ever seen. At times it was a little Fifth Element, and at times it was boyish pauper, while others were Limi to a T (or L). Is there change in the air? Perhaps, the colors in here are standout enough to wonder just who spilled the dye into her cauldron of black fabric. Limi herself actually just became a first-time mother so perhaps that’s where the horizons are opening up?
At this point Limi would tell me, “Shut the f*ck up and just look at the clothes already.”

メンズライクなボトムスやハット、幾何学模様などマニッシュな雰囲気から始まったコレクションは、次第に背中やウエストなどに大きなスリットが入ったルックやシースルーのディテールが増え、”かっこいい色気”を演出。その後、布の切れ込みはどんどん大胆になっていき、ハーネスのようなパーツでボンテージファッションをも思わせるそれは、スーパーセクシーでありながら、強さも感じる。
“良い女っていつだって、いろんな顔をもってるものよ。”
とでも囁くようなコレクション。
普段、メンズ仕立てのアイテムが多く着心地の良いシルエットや素材にこだわるリミフゥ。カラーパレットも白と黒が中心で、無駄をそぎおとしつつもリミフゥらしいアレンジの効いたデザインを数多く発表してきた。
既に世界で確かな人気を確立したリミフゥだが、それに満足せず毎シーズン新しい”何か”を見せてくれるリミフゥは積極的にさまざまなことに挑戦している。今までもDr.マーチンやロイヤルプッシーなど様々なアーティストとコラボレーションもしている。次はどんなことをしてくれるんだろう？これからもリミフゥから目が離せない。

The collection started with menswear-like pants and hats, with geometric prints giving off a mannish air. Then she showed off deep-cut backs and slits-up-to-there skirts with see-through materials, for the feminine-factor. Finally, she plucked out harnesses from (probably) her personal collection for a super sexy finale.
“The girl who can wear all the damn hats is the coolest girl of all.”
