Calling All Photographers, Makeup, Stylist Teams in Asia! Show Shiseido Your Most Creative Muscles
クリエイターへのラブコール！ヘアメイク、フォトグラファー、スタイリストの為のコンペ、「資生堂ビューティーイノベーター」が今年開催
Calling all creative photographer/hair/makeup/stylist teams who want to show one of the world’s biggest beauty brands what they’ve got! Shiseido Professional is holding their annual “Beauty Innovator Award” which chooses the best portrait photo for a chance at world recognition. The contest is based on conveying a theme in a photograph, with the styling, makeup, hair and photography all getting judged. So it’s the perfect opportunity for some creative teams out there to really show off their imaginations. –and I KNOW there are a lot of creative people out there.
Better yet, it’s open to most countries in Asia, including Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Korea. Each country will choose their best and it will be a world competition among all of them. Just look at the level at which they expect:
世界で最も大きなビューティーブランドのひとつが、今何をやってるかって知りたい全てのクリエイティブなフォトグラファー、ヘアー、メイキャップ、スタイリストチームのみんな！この指とまれ～っ！！その名も “BEAUTY INNOVATOR AWARD” という、毎年「資生堂プロフェッショナル」が世界に認められるチャンスが得られる、ポートレート写真コンテストを行なってる。このコンテストは、ビューティーを通したイノベーションを伝えることに重点が置かれている。スタイリング、メイキャップ、ヘアー、フォトグラフィー… その全てが審査対象となる。そう、それはクリエイターたちにとって、そのイマジネーションを全開にして腕をふるえる、絶好の機会！そして私は実際に知っている。そこから出てきた、たくさんのクリエイティブな人たちを… ！
更に良いのは、このコンテストはアジアの大部分の国で開かれているということ。日本を含め、タイ、マレーシア、シンガポール、香港、チャイナ、台湾、そして韓国。どの国でもより良い作品が選ばれて、その全ての中からグランプリが繰り広げられる。とにかく彼らがどの作品を予想するか、そのレベルの高さを見てみてっ：

This is the company that hired Serge Lutens as their beauty director so if you get it, you know you’ll be in good hands. I couldn’t find the entry from in English, but there’s the Japanese one.
