That would be supermodel Ai Tominaga in a coat smattered with bleeding smiley faces on the runway at DRESSCAMP last night.  This brand puts the campy in camp, and it pulled it off tonight with aplomb. In collaboration with artist Madsaki were looks for both men and women, with prints running the gamut from the aforementioned nose-bleeding faces, bananas, and the Dresscamp signature of gold baroque fixtures. 

The pom-pom shoes styled with vintage football socks were a splice of styling genius. Get on mah feet!

Back in the day, Dresscamp was one of the first I’d ever heard of to collaborate with an athletic brand, even though now it’s as common as soy in coffee. You can see the athleticism that makes this brand tick in most of the pieces, from the fabric to the hardware. The black & white striped dress with shoulder epaulettes is my favorite of the collection. Get on mah body!
